You are exactly right, these are the current breast implant offerings from Sientra. They are in many cases filled a little better than their previous models, due to advances in manufacturing, so they may ripple less than some of their prior models. In addition, the warranty is better than on previous models (and basically better than the other implants on the market) because they have proven to be very reliable. In general, the fewer problems they have, the more the manufacturer is willing to add to the warranty. All of these are 5th generation ("gummy") implants, whether you choose the softer HSC or slightly firmer HSC+. Even the firmest of these is somewhere in the middle in terms of feel, and less rubbery than the gummy offerings from the other manufacturers. All of these are round implants, in many sizes and projections. They come in smooth or textured models, and the story behind those options is a worthwhile discussion to have with your plastic surgeon, to cut through some of the media hype and fear.
Opus Luxe is also different from the Sientra Curve lineup of teardrop shaped implants, which are all textured (so they don't spin around).
