I am indecisive on size!? I had a consultation a few days ago. Based off of the 3D imaging (Dr did not measure by hand), he recommended 350cc mod profile smooth silicone Sientra implants, under the muscle, through the crease. I now understand I am unable to achieve the cleavage I was hoping for due to my wide breast bone. However, I am unsure if the 350cc mod profile is giving me enough. Would 385cc mod+ make any major visible difference? Same base but 0.6cm more projection. Would a larger base give too much side boob?

Answer: Best Implant Size An in-person implant sizing process where measurements are carefully taken and you are allowed to "try on" various breast implant sizers with a non-padded bra and fitted top is, in my opinion, the gold standard to help patients decide what kind of implant will best fit them. Trying on the implants gives you an idea of what you will look like, and also let's you feel the weight of the implants.

Answer: Breast Augmentation I have never been a fan of the 3D imaging systems. I think it gives a false image of the breast and I commonly see patients who wish they had gone larger than recommended sizes from the imaging systems. Nothing is better than actual examination and trying different size implants and sizes. I have sizing kits and all the different implants available for patients to try in the office. If the last photo is what you are trying to achieve, you definitely need to go higher profile. With a moderate profile implant you will never get the projection you like in that photo. Also, I would recommend larger than the 350 the computer recommended. Go back to the surgeon and try implants on. If they cannot help fit you, go see another Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Technology is great, but experience is a great deal better.
