I'm 58, Italian, and I had a lower blepharoplasty 8 years ago. I'm sun worshipper who has fared pretty well. When I smile I have too much undereye crinkling and this is my age giveaway. Being a sun worshipper, what's the best undereye next step? RF and other energy treatments freak me out - they have a bit of a fat atrophy effect in the pix I’ve seen (for thin people). Traditional laser results look better to me, but I worry about sunburn and effective sun protection post.
