I had braces 6 years ago, at age 25 which I had for 2 years. My retainer no longer fits. I did wear it consistently for the first year or so, then I had a baby and regrettably became less consistent with the sleep deprivation/mental health. I think if I remember correctly I had a brodie bite? Very large gap/overjet. I wasnt able to get braces as teen unfortunately. How bad is my bite now and would I be able to get invisalyn to fix any relapse? Should I consult a jaw surgeon? Thanks!
