Any orthodontic appliance can help to give you a wider smile. However, if you were my patient I would suggest Invisalign. I'm assuming you are very aware of the other clear aligner companies, hence why you used "clear aligners" versus "invisalign". The reason I recommend Invisalign specifically is because they are best. The have been around the longest, their technology research and development is head and shoulders better than all the other companies. This matters because make tooth movements more efficient, more effective, and more predictable, thus better overall results/patient experience.

As far as the veneers... I would recommend those if you aren't happy with the size or shape of your teeth. In the case you don't like the shape or size I would recommend moving the teeth into the desired position (broadening the upper and lower arches) then getting the veneers. This will lead to a much better result.

Hey there, I believe you can definitely resolve your upper and lower crowding without extractions. You have moderate to severe upper and lower crowding, the cool thing about your situation is your teeth are all leaning in toward the palate at the top and the tongue on the bottom making them appear more crowded than they actually are. By uprighting the molars and premolars you'll gain signficant space. Once they have been uprighted, the upper and lower incisors can be properly angled to achieve more space thus resolving the large majority of crowding. After this if there is still a little crowding reminding then you can do IPR. IPR is very safe especially when it's a small amount here and there.

Yeah there is some shortening of the roots on the centrals. All orthodontists would like you to have a 2:1 Root to Crown ratio however sometimes ideal isn't an option. There is always a chance the root could become shorter throughout orthodontic treatment with any type of treatment (traditional or invisalign). The likelihood of you actually losing the the upper teeth would be very low. Especially under the care of a local orthodontist.

Invisalign in the hands of a well trained Orthodontist can do some really amazing things. My suggestion is find a local orthodontist that you vibe with state your concerns and yall come up with a plan and get you to your happy smile ASAP!

I feel like a trained Orthodontist will be able to find a solution for the cant "slant" you are referring to. More than likely there is a underlying skeletal cause but in a lot of cases there are straightforward ways to help camouflage the problem. Clear aligner would definitely be able to help. Just make sure you are linking up with a well trained Orthodontist that feels comfortable achieving your goals with aligners!
