Is it ok to have PRP treatments a week apart for different areas like the scalp and a week later the face?

I’m planning on doing a PRP treatment for the scalp, and a week later for the face. Would the healing process on the second treatment be less effective due to the body working on the first one, since it’s very close to each other?

Hello and thank you for your question. No it will be fine for you to do these procedures 1 week apart. Since the treatments are in different areas your healing time should not vary. I would however, encourage you to increase fluids in between treatments due to the blood draw. Good luck to you and I hope you see great results from your PRP treatments.

It is safe to perform PRP on multiple areas of the body. It is acceptable to perform the treatments in different regions in a close timeline to each other.
