Your eyelashes will grow back. You will have to wait a full eyelash growth cycle which is different for everyone but somewhere between 3 - 16 weeks. Latisse is not necessary for this to take place.
I can not give any recommendations as I am not well versed with Revitalash. Although, these symptoms are usually treated with flushing the eye with water or normal saline, discontinue use of the product and follow up with the manufacturer of the product. All the best.
