Im 30 y/o W F -Deka Dot Matrix Resurface about 7 wks ago A week after procedure I turned so red w/intolerable itch I was out & I started sunscreen. I dont know what made me so red. I was back at the Med Spa Monday where I was given steroids. Now 7 wks out I have strange engraved lines on entire face and dots everywhere dark brown. She then gave me 2 sessions laser genesis and I had light IPL 3 days ago. I look terrible. Is this fixable, will mface gonna continue to damage disfigure?

It is also the most expensive laser as well. So people tend to avoid purchasing it. But it is worth it. The way it delivers the co2 laser is unique and will lead to less damage to the surrounding skin and less complications. I have a nice page that explains fractional resurfacing.
After full face, full ablative CO2 laser resurfacing, you typically see the peeling occur in 3-5 days. It will take another 5-8 days for the skin to be grown and enough to where will be safe for the patient to go out and possibly use makeup as well.
The sun exposure during this time could be obviously more increased even with all of the protective measures that you take. Your chances of hyperpigmentation will be increased. But there are ways to treat that as well. Hyperpigmentation is more common during the summer months but it...
