How can I treat this vertical indentation between my eyebrows? (Photos)

Hello. I'm a 29 year-old male and I've been struggling with a vertical dent or gutter in the middle of my forehead, right between the eyebrows. In almost any light (except from straight ahead), it creates a pretty deep, odd-looking shadow. I first noticed it when I was about 26, and it appears that the problem is twofold: First off, I can clearly feel a dip or a dent in the bone itself when I touch the area. It starts right above my nose and goes up between my eyebrows, and causes the lower, darker part of the shadow. This dent has always been there, but it was never as pronounced before. Additionally, my frown muscles on both sides of the dent seem very raised or bulky. I’m unsure if this is just part of my anatomy, or if it stems from years of tension and excessive screen time. Are there safe ways to address this issue without making it look unnatural? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
