Hello, I need some help plese. Ive been getting botox for just over 2 years now. I had it done last march and then again kast september. I havent hsd it done since, but its still there. Only A littlre movement has come back. I developed these comma shaped lumps under both brows, but nainly my right one last August. Just appeared suddenly. I have adked people including the doctor eho did my botox but he has no jdea what it is. Has anyone seen something like this before. Please please help. Its been there for 8 months now and showing no sign of going away.

Localized swelling or fibrosis: Rarely, small fibrotic nodules can form in the muscle after repeated injections.
Cysts or other benign skin lesions: These can appear independently of Botox.
Other localized reactions: Very occasionally, injection trauma can cause small nodules to form, though this is uncommon.

Since the lumps have persisted for 8 months and are not improving, it’s important to have them evaluated in person. A physical examination—possibly with imaging like an ultrasound—can help determine the exact nature of the lumps and guide appropriate treatment. Depending on the findings, treatment could range from observation to minor procedures to remove or reduce the nodules.
