Dent above brows, after Ptosis + Brow surgery. Can this be fixed? (Photos)

Hi, I had a ptosis surgery a while ago, skin was also removed without my consent. My lid to brow margin went from 23mm to 16mm in the right eye. - The dent is above right inner brow, as per photos - It improves with lateral stretch outward - It was worsened after a brow lift procedure/became more prominent. The brow lift was to cranium with PDS sutures, and a secondary brow lift. No such dents came after first brow lift to deep temporal fascia. I am not sure if the dent may either be: localised scar tissue, muscle atrophy from temporary previous denervation of frontalis muscle, fat atrophy since the surgery, or insufficient vector of pulling the skin? The fact it improves when stretching sideways makes it seem like it’s a local tethering possibly, but Is it possible to determine the cause and whether any treatments may help? Can skin removal excessively have caused this, especially to right Eye which now has Lagophthalmos to close? It seems the right eyebrow also dropped in eye which ptosis remains overcorrected with upper retraction. Will i need a skin graft to s dent forming?
