Supratip swelling/scaring - Should I get Kenalog shots? (Photo)

This is not likely to be swelling or scarring in the supratip that develops this late. It's more likely that your tip has lost projection and is now below the bridge line. This creates the convexity you are seeing. Kenalog won't help this problem. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon and see what solutions are possible. Best of luck.
