I am 3 months post-op from a breast lift with implants (475cc L/500cc R). 4 weeks ago I have revision surgery for a capsular contraction in the L breast. Both my R & L breast show loose skin on the top part of my breast, the same as it was before surgery but to a lesser degree. I was hoping to rid of this problem with the lift/implants. Is this typical? Will weight training the pectorals help? Is there a surgical procedure to help with this? If I loose more weight, I am afraid it will worsen
