I got Dysport in my armpits and face 4 days ago. I'm 26. I have a dry hacking cough and metallic taste. Is this normal?

About one patient in 1000 is sensitive to low dose botulinum toxin and the symptoms you are describing are consistent with this. Generally, the side effects are sufficiently unpleasant that it is advisable to avoid these products in the future. You might try raising the head of your bed. See your primary care physician for an assessment and recommendations.  Don't have more cosmetic botulinum toxin.

There is no bacteria in your Dysport so do not worry about bacteria spreading. You do need to have an evaluation for your cough and metallic tastes by a physician.
