I'm 10 days post op Brazilian Butt Lift. I feel my skin stretching. Does this affect my fat for surviving? (photo)

I have an office job! I bought the BBL pillow to seat for work, i'm 10 days already and when I seat I have to lean a little bit forward because I don't have support in the back, well, I feel like my skin in my butt stretch every time a lean forward does that affect my fat for surviving??? please help i'm confused. thank you
