I would not see an issue with having a CoolSculpting treatment on the arms after undergoing removal of lymph nodes due to breast cancer. I am assuming that the lymph nodes removed were in your axilla (underarm). I would be sure to mention this fact to the physician performing your CoolSculpting treatment though.
