Loose skin or festoons, laser or surgery? (Photo)

I have been researching the best way forward to treat the loose skin or festoons under my eyes. Sometimes like in the photo they go red not sure why. I have little salt in my diet in case Oedema and can not decide between full ablative ultra pulse co2 laser or surgery have also thought of under eye skin pinch. Please best way forward to eradicate for good. Many thanks.

I would not perform CO2 laser resurfacing on skin of a high Fitzpatrick level for risk of pigment issues after the procedure.

Hello Lessismore. This is one of the few questions we've seen where surgery and laser resurfacing may be used to achieve the same goal. Although our preference is for an Erbium resurfacing (see photo at link below) rather than CO2, either one can provide the desired result when done correctly....
