Ive had an umbilical hernia since i was pregnant 2 years ago I believe i either have multiple hernias or diastasis recti from pregnancy On top of this my stomach is super lumpy from lipodissolve thay i had prior to pregnancy What can i do do have a flatter belly again. Not looking for perfection but just better? What will insurance cover and what could i expect out of pocket? A tummy tuck isnt an option because of finances. Looking for the least invasive and most affordable options
