Umbilical hernia and diastasis recti - what are my options to treat this? (Photo)

Since giving birth 2.5 years ago, i have an umbilical hernia and what i believe to be severe diastasis recti. I look lumpy and disfigured. But my real concern is that I'm in constant discomfort. My abdomen and back are always miserable. I also experience incontinence when doing any vigorous exercise. I cant imagine living like this forever but have read that insurance wont cover the muscle repair. What are my options

There is NOTHING that will fix either your hernia or diastasis, or the symptoms associated with these issues (except incontinence) other than a full abdominoplasty.
