Since giving birth 2.5 years ago, i have an umbilical hernia and what i believe to be severe diastasis recti. I look lumpy and disfigured. But my real concern is that I'm in constant discomfort. My abdomen and back are always miserable. I also experience incontinence when doing any vigorous exercise. I cant imagine living like this forever but have read that insurance wont cover the muscle repair. What are my options
