I'm sorry that you have been disappointed with your energy-based treatment, but I am hardly surprised. I have been cautioning my regular follower for years already that these expernsive, heavily hyped and marketed energy-based gizmos are backed far more by marketing hype and social media buzz than hard science. Sorry. On the other hand, a variety of HA fillers purposed for use in different facial regions are available that can contour the cheeks to create a more feminine, heart-shaped face; treat smile lines and marionette lines; and can define and straighten jowly jawlines. And, in experienced hands, all of the foregoing can be performed in about 45 minutes, with immediate results, and little to no significant downtime. I gave up using Sculptra over eight years ago, since it is expensive, and requires on average three treatment sessions to see results and its one big benefit, the two year duration of results, is nowadays fairly closely matched by robust HA fillers that can last up to 1.5 years after only one treatment session. I don’t think that Morpheus will help in tightening of the facial structures. In fact, if the needles are chosen improperly, they can burn more of the necessary fat, and you will lose volume and probably look even older, some six months down the line. The reason the face kind of droops as the person ages is because the person loses volume in terms of fat and muscle bulk. The single best way to restore a more youthful appearance is by restoring volume of the face with the use of the patient’s fat. The fat needs to come from the areas where it is stubborn, and then injected with a micro-cannula into the face restoring the volume to the way, the person used to look some 20 years prior.
