Getting BBL without parents knowing - possibilities that an epidural can go wrong? What complications should I be aware of?

The subject of risks and potential complications of surgery is best discussed on a personal basis between you and your plastic surgeon. Some of the complications of this procedure are:
• Bruising.
• Seroma.
• Infection. 
• Edema.
• Changes in sensation. 
• vicious scars.
• Necrosis.
• Asymmetries. 
• Deep vein thrombosis 
• Pulmonary embolism.
• Fat embolism.
I would recommend you to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss the best options for your goals.

Most people who get cosmetic surgery went to see a substantial improvement. This is generally almost always true for liposuction with a BBL. Since patients are often grafted to the point of being over exaggerated to compensate for loss of fat over time you should expect to look very different than you did before your procedure. You will also be dealing with wearing compression garments, possible drainage for the first few days etc. Unless your life is very independent from your parents there’s a high chance they will find out.  Honesty is a virtue and is often a better approach long-term. Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.
