Are these peg lateral incisors? What are some inexpensive ways to get rid of them? (photos)

Based on my research it appears this is what they are but I'm not sure if they're just baby teeth. It is genetic though as my mother has them too. I would like to put on braces for my gap but I'd like to have "equally" shaped teeth beforehand. Thanks in advance

I am 99% sure they are peg laterals - that would be confirmed on an x-ray easily.  Your idea is exactly what I would want to do if I were you - get them bonded making them ideal shape and size then do orthodontics to close up any remaining space.

You are correct....you have peg upper lateral incisors.  Also you have significant upper and lower spacing and a crossbite of the right incisors.  The best way to approach this is to get braces first to correct the space and bite issues, leaving space on both sides of the peg teeth.  The pegs can be restored by a cosmetic dentist who works closely with the orthodontist to determine the needed amount of space to leave.
