Based on my research it appears this is what they are but I'm not sure if they're just baby teeth. It is genetic though as my mother has them too. I would like to put on braces for my gap but I'd like to have "equally" shaped teeth beforehand. Thanks in advance

Without xrays it is hard to rule out the option of surgery being the best adjunct. A progressive orthodontist will consider a NiTI expander with braces. I would LOVE to treat your case. WIsh you were in my area. Good luck I promise it will be worth it.
That is the situation we routinely handle. Pt sometimes begins that way sometimes injuries happen and in the middle of treatment, we have to address something like that. DOnt; let that be a worry or make youhesotate. Go get the smile you want
Yes...before we do braces on anyone, we want to be sure teeth are healthy and in good shape. In your particular case the diagonal fracture would make it difficult to place the brace on the right spot on the tooth. So getting it fixed first would be helpful. I suggest doing it with composite...
