Yes...before we do braces on anyone, we want to be sure teeth are healthy and in good shape. In your particular case the diagonal fracture would make it difficult to place the brace on the right spot on the tooth. So getting it fixed first would be helpful. I suggest doing it with composite bonding. Even if you consider it temporary. You can always do a crown once the braces are removed.
Braces are possible in bone loss case. Force level would be very light in your case. Aligner/Invisalign is a good option because that gives controlled light force. Implant is possible when enough quantity and quality of bone is present.

Yes. Your protruding canines can be fixed with Invisalign. You may need a refinement, which will require addtional impressions and you will probably need IPR (interproximal reduction) to create sufficient space to properly align the canine teeth but Invisalign should work nicely. Good luck!
