Otoplasty Massage Therapy - will it relax the cartilage or the suture to make the right ear fall into a better position?

I had an otoplasty (1 1/2 month ago) and the position of one ear (right) is closer to head and make it look like is in a higher and little bit forward position in comparison to the left ear. I had a permanent suture otoplasty and i would like to know if ..."Massaging"... the area (which area?) will relax the cartilage or the suture to make the right ear(high) to fall in better position?

When the ears are asymmetric after an otoplasty, the shaping sutures generally need to be revised. If you have concerns with the appearance of the ears after your otoplasty, your surgeon would be the best person to speak with in regards to the asymmetry and postoperative treatment.
