Crown, root canal, or filling based on current 3D x-ray? (Photos)

Hello, I wanted to know based on my current 3d X-ray if the tooth on my bottom left (next to my impacted wisdom tooth that was taken out yesterday) would require a Crown, Root canal, or simply a filling. So far I have no pain associated with the tooth. Thank you.
