Hair fall after first session of prp

Question

I had prp 1st session 4 days ago but there is no significance difference in my hair loss my hairs are still falling out as they were before prp treatment.. Moreover, it's been 4 days since my prp treatment but I still have swelling in my head.. I am using ultra mega gold, salmon oil, finasteride and minoxidil 5% on daily basis and washing my hairs with photonic any fungal ( because I have dandruff flakes).

Shock loss is rare after plain  PRP. In fact, shedding should decrease. Allow a couple of weeks to see results. The combination of PRP and finasteride should perform well for male pattern hair loss.  If not, a reevaluation of your diagnosis may be needed.

It takes time for PRP starts working. On average, from 3 to 6 months when you potentially can start seen results. Swelling in your head is normal phenomena, it should subside in few days . Continue using Minoxidil but slowly start weaning yourself off , gradually. Start taking supplements , I ALWAYS suggest LIFEPAK® NANO +TEGREEN 97® from Pharmanex. It works ABSOLUTELY great . Prp itself shouldn't cause shedding. Some swelling is normal and should resolve in a few days. PRP should be combined with progesterone for the best results. It takes 6-12 months of treatments to start to see the best outcomes. I suggest seeing a hair loss expert to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. One treatment is not enough to gauge whether it is successful or not. I recommend 4 treatments, on a once per month regimen. Most patients see their initial growth between the 2nd and 3rd treatment.
