ED side effect from Finasteride, will it go away if i discontinue? IS PRP an alternative for Finasteride?

I had hair transplant and my doctor recommended me finestroid and surbex z for 1 month only. It was normal until i discontinued surbex z and took only finestroid. Gradually i started to feel side effects like loss of libido. I ignored this and continued the medicine so after 14 weeks i started to observe erectile dysfunction. I can still ejaculate but it's extremely hard for me now to get erection and sperm count is very low. Will it go away if i discontinue?Can i use prp instead of finestroid?

You will experience shedding if the minoxidil was truly helping your hair growth. If it was not doing anything to help your hair I would not expect any accelerated phase of shedding.
