How can I alleviate Fiinasteride side effects?

I am 33 years male and using finasteride for about 6,7 years.which made my libido decrease and my semen look like watery. I can not quit finasteride .I want to know Can I use ginseng and Maca to combat with these side effects. Or they wil! Dercrease the effectiveness of finasteride?

Hair loss can be seen because o many reasons, a couple of those are; İt can be hormonal, genetic related  or stress related issues.

How do I use Minoxidil? Should I apply it to my entire scalp or vertex only?

If you use minoxidile you have to use it for all the baldness area. İ suggest with this to use also finasteride or laser comb.
