I used it several times a few years ago just on areas of my scalp that had scaling and I shed more than my usual large amount of hair. Is shedding a common side effect of Keto? I was told to use it twice a week. Is anti-dandruff shampoo a better option? Thanks.

It is difficult to evaluate with that information alone, but you likely have traction alopecia and need to see a hair loss specialist to determine if you would be a good candidate for surgery, or if other medical management options are still a consideration for your hair loss.

There is no way to thicken the hair on the temples. İt is your genetic code..you may try to use minoxidil for a long time but PRP, fat transfer and ACell injections will not work for you .
