My labia has begun to turn brown. Can you recommend a bleach or cream to lighten it?

I am half white half asian and my vagina lips have always been a pale pink. The outside edges of the lips are turning brown quickly and i really want my pink color back :( What causes this? Can anyone recommend safe bleaches or creams i can use and where i can get them? I've read that some products can burn your skin or cause cancer. If there is none what kind of surgery would i need to have done just to get my color back
