Breast implants removal and excess skin?

I'm a M2F transgender woman. I have decided to re-transition to male after ten years of being female. I need to have my breast implants removed and my surgeon told me I will have sagging "flaps" or empty excess skin hanging down but can't he somehow remove the excess skin? What happens to the "male" chest after implants are removed?

When the implants are removed the excess skin can be addressed via a lift.  Skin tightening may also be an option for you. Be sure to closely follow your surgeon's post op instructions for optimal results.

Thank you for your question.  There are several factors that come to play in educating one about loose skin after removal of implants.  The most important issues are how large of implant was used, the age of the patient, how long the implants were in place, and the quality of the patients skin.  Some of these issues can not be predicted accurately.  Yes, the excess skin can be removed, but one trade off is a scar on the chest.  I would recommend starting with a face to face consultation with a plastic surgeon who specializes in breast surgery.  Good luck.
