Pictures attached immediately post surgery and then 9 weeks. I see where the hair pokes through that area has minor swelling...is this normal? Overall how is the progress?

Answer: It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results. If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor

It's hard to say for sure without seeing at least a photo. Usually, one sees the follicle or scab for a couple of weeks. In almost all cases, the skin flattens out over time. Please run your concerns by your doctor.
