Had lower lid surgery with fat transfer to mid face, results aren't what I was expecting. Can fat be added back? (Photos)

I had lower lid surgery with fat transfer to mid face done. The results aren't what I was expecting. I think the surgeon removed too much fat under my right eye. Is there anything I can do to add fat back? He told me that he can't in that area and filler would sink down. Please help. My eyes look worse now.
