I had lower lid surgery with fat transfer to mid face done. The results aren't what I was expecting. I think the surgeon removed too much fat under my right eye. Is there anything I can do to add fat back? He told me that he can't in that area and filler would sink down. Please help. My eyes look worse now.

Thank you for your question. Sometimes lower eyelid surgery can help with puffiness, but leave the eye and cheek looking a bit hollow. Typically this may be addressed either with filler or with fat transfer to the upper cheek, which will then support the lower eyelid. Like anything, there is a balance, and overfilling isn't good either. I hope this information helps, and I wish you all the best.
