Why have my cheeks become bigger? What has caused it to become so?

My cheeks were of appropriate size for my face last year. Then I gained weight and my face became chubbier. I've now she's almost all the weight that I've gained and my cheeks look so big?! It's driving me insane! What can I do about it? What has caused it?

Swelling is typical and can take several weeks to resolve. If you're concerned, I recommend following up with your surgeon. I hope this helps.
