For my entire life, I’ve had these weird pockets that protrude slightly near and below the corners of my mouth. My mother has them as well, and so does my grandmother, but mine are far more pronounced than both of them. What can be done to correct and smooth out/tighten up this area? Could it be pseudoherniation of the buccal fat pad? This has really bothered me since I was an early teen as it makes me appear more angry, aged, and droopy overall.
