Can I take L-theanine supplement 9 months after breast augmentation?

I understand your concern. It is best that you consult your plastic surgeon regarding post operative care and management (i.e including massage techniques and timing) specific to your case. Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors.It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery

Capsules are more lily caused by infections and trauma with bleeding. You can take your supplements now.

At nine months post op it is fine to resume all medications and supplements that you took preoperatively. There is currently no known contraindication for L-theanine supplements if you have breast implants. I've included a video on capsular contracture that I hope you find helpful.

Products classified as supplements are not regulated by The FDA and for that and many other reasons, I generally stare away from them.
I suggest you consider the source of information.
Personally, I don’t think there’s a clear association and I’ve never heard of it before.
