Nasal injuries are very common in soccer. They can occur from headbuts, elbows, the ball or just running into somebody. Generally when you clash with something that side of the nose will swell up considerably but it does not necessarily mean you have broken the nose. If you carefully feel the area sometimes you can feel bone fragments moving. These can sometimes be carefully pushed back into place, although this can be painful. You should see a doctor to assess for any internal damage or a blood clot within the septum called a "septal haematoma". If you are clear from that it is usually best to wait 7-10 days for some of the swelling to resolve before deciding if the nose is bent. If it is bent or broken you have around 21 days to undergo a procedure to relocate the bone (a closed reduction). After that time, you would have to rebreak the bones through a rhinoplasty (nose job) operation to straighten them out. I hope that is helpful.
