Can I have these 3 facial treatments together? Laser hair removal, Exilis, and Dermapen, is that too much?

Hi there. I see a couple of problems doing these procedures on the same day, but if you let a few days go by it will be fine. 
Doing Exilis Ultra and then dermapen may cause more pinpoint bleeding from the dermapen. 
I typically stay away from laser hair removal and Exilis on the same day in the same area because that is a lot of heat on the same area, which can produce complications. If several hours go by between treatments, that is probably OK. Hope this helps, Dr. Sawyer

You are looking for a treatment that will remove hair and tighten the skin. What is the best approach. The laser hair removal will need at least 4 to 6 sessions about 1 month apart. This does not effect the other treatments and could be done the same day or on a different day. Both Exilis and Dermapen microneedlig help induce new collagen in the skin and I would finish one treatment before starting the other. Generally the Exilis will take 4 to 6 treatments about 1 to 2 weeks apart. You could then start the Dermapen microneedling treatments which may also take 4 treatments or more at least a week apart. This combination should give you very nice results. Other options would be an ablative full face laser such as Total FX which has some downtime but will complete the skin tightening much more quickly. Even with the ablative laser you would still need the separate hair removal laser.

You could even do all three procedures the same day but it does not make too much sense for many reasons. Your hair removal process will be, most likely, very long one and if done once a month then exilis can be done in between, more or less once a week. Microneedling, to be effective and to have long term effect is also not a one time procedure. You could space all of them evenly but, do not rush. No matter what you do will take time to show the full effect. Good luck!

Hi, Thanks for your query. Pain free lasers are actually safe on the skin, Even exilis is non ablative. So your protocol should be laser hair reduction first, A week later exilis. Micro needling  can be started once you complete your exilis sessions. Good Luck...
