Will my skin purge for the second time?

I was on Accutane for four months and stopped for a month. I'm taking it now again and I'm wondering will my skin purge again like it did when I first started taking it?

While taking Isotretinoin you need to pledge 2 forms of contraception during the treatment period.  An IUD is a good option as one for the 2 contraceptive methods.  There are no contraindications with a copper IUD.Be sure to be under the care of a Board Certified Dermatologist.
