Can Accutane cause vertigo?

I’m just curious if Accutane causes vertigo? Recently I have been experiencing more then just a dizziness. I feel like the whole room is spinning, and I even have to grab onto the wall sometimes to not fall over. It’s also making me pretty nauseous because I feel like I’m spinning 24/7.
