I have injections collagen on my cheeks area and smile line 4 yrs ago,i want to remove this thing and back to natural looks, how much that cost?
Answer: Facial silicone removal permanent facial filler removal silicone cheek removal expert Hello, I am sorry you had "collagen" injected into your cheeks and that now you are having problems. First, I highly doubt that you had collagen injected into your cheeks. Even the longest lasting "pure" collagen injection would only last two years at maximum. If you really think that you had collaged injected into your cheeks, please consider hyaluronidase injections. However, iIt is far more likely that you had silicone or biopolymer injected into your cheeks. Unfortunately, silicone or biopolymer are PERMANENT fillers. That means that these injections will NEVER go away without surgical intervention. Permanent fillers do NOT dissolve with steroids, hyaluronidase, antibiotics, or radio frequency (RF). I would suggest you have surgical removal of your cheek injections. These injections can be removed through a facelift incision (in front of your ear) and an intra-oral (inside your mouth). I specialize in lip biopolymer and silicone removal and subsequent reconstruction with fat grafting and/or implants. I am the lead investigator and founder of the Silicone Removal Institute. Since removing facial silicone is a big procedure, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in removing silicone. Do your research. Make sure they have performed many facial silicone removal surgeries and have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. If you cannot find an experienced, silicone removal surgeon in your neighborhood, consider traveling out of state if you must. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Removal of silicone biopolymers The feasibility of Silicone biopolymer removal depends on the degree of inflammation and symptoms associated with the fillers. In our office, we gauge the level of soft tissue reaction in order to assess the candidacy for surgical excision vs. non-surgical management. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Remoción Biopolímeros de la cara!

Answer: Silicone Removal Face Unfortunately silicone injected into tissues is extremely difficult to remove. Often causing progressive deformity its removal can cause more harm than good. Injection with Fluorouracil and Kenalog may help to diminish the reaction caused by the surrounding tissues. Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions.
