Persistent bruise-like marks on stomach – treatment options? (Photo)

Hello, I have some unusual marks on the left side of my stomach that look like small bruises. They have been there for about two years and sometimes appear more or less visible. The marks are purple and greenish, like bruises. I lost a lot of weight quickly in the past because of eating disorder , so I wonder if that could be a cause.
