Can these old acne scars be removed or drastically reduced? (Photo)

I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa that causes flares on my butt, inner thighs, armpits, and under my breasts. I rarely get flares on my butt now, but there are so many acne scars left over that it’s putting a damper on my life. I’ve had HS since I was about 12, so most of the scars are very old (15-18 years). Please tell me that there’s a solution out there!
