Dear Doctors, After losing weight, my face has sagged a lot. I am only 41 and don't want a facelift yet. I already had a treatment with the Picoway resolve 5 years ago. I had severe breakouts and my facial fat gradually decreased within 3 months. As I am no longer allowed to use fillers due to a medical condition, I see laser treatment as my only option. Of course, I am now afraid of losing facial fat again. Hence my question: Is there a laser that has no risk of fat loss? Thank you
