Would laser treatment be effective in solving extreme facial red flushing? (Photo)

Question

Hello I am suffering for many years from face flushing that occurs whenever my body temp rises. It can be due to activity (sometimes just walking) or whenever the weather is hot. This made me shy away from different social situation because i feel embarrassed. A dermatologist recommended allergy pills but it didn't work. I was wondering if laser treatment can be effective to solve it? Please see my photo where simply at 26°c weather face started turning red! Any recoms?

May want to see if you have a hormonal imbalance as well, allergies is also a good thought, ask if they can look at anti mullerian hormone, dht, LH
