Hi! I have a long philtrum where the philtrum columns are undefined. I considering doing either a lip lift or a fat grafting to the lip and philtrum area in order to make it shorter and more defined. I'm not sure which route is the best one to take in regards to my own anantomy. What I want to achieve is a more feminine philtrum and lip area, and also more upper lip/philtrum projection. I've heard that lip implants are suitable for making the philtrum columns more defined.
