Swelling will improve but fluid (seroma) needs to be treated. You should returns to your surgeon’s office as frequently as possible to get repeated aspiration. Eventually, it will go away or they will have to arrange for a drain to be placed. Thank you and God bless.

Hi. By law, in Florida, a surgeon cannot remove more than 1,000 cc of fat when combined with other procedures. I would think that at 200 lbs and 5' 4" you would need the extraction of more than 1,000cc to give you a noticeable result. I would highly recommend that you have your extended tummy...
