10lb weight gain after abdominal liposuction went to back and face - if I get lipo to back/face where will the regained fat go?

4 years ago I had lipo on my stomach and love handles. In the past few months I’ve gained 10 lbs. just this 10lbs makes my chin and especially back look oddly big. I’m in shape and working to get this 10lbs off but it’s slim to none I’ll never gain 10 lbs again. I guess it always looked big after lipo on my back but I didn’t bother me as bad til now. If I lipo my back and cool sculpt my face where will regained fat go if I usually accumulate in my upper body?

As you well noticed, lipo does not prevent you from gaining weight, but reduces amount of fat deposed on the areas that have been treated... so the proportions of the body can be altered if you gain weight.
This imbalance can be corrected with an other lipo or your loosing the 10 lb
