Hello,Asymmetry one the two halves of the body is quite normal, however if you notice a sudden change or discomfort asscociated with this, I recoomend that you see your primary care physician for an assessment.All the best

Thank you for your photograph and question.  There is a wide spectrum of "normal" when it comes to nipple and areola size, shape, and position. In the majority of instances, a person's right and left nipples will have subtle differences and should not cause you any alarm.  If there is a dramatic difference in the appearance of your two nipples, see your family doctor for an examination.
