with your surgeon's guidance, then your surgeon should be pretty motivated to help as much as possible to get this corrected so you are more symmetrical.  Just want needs to be done is impossible to determine at this time as an exam and full healing will be needed before suggestions can be made.  You should get your surgeon's recommendations on what you can do to help achieve better symmetry and your surgeon should easily appreciate your concerns.

Thanks for the photos.  From what I see and what you say, I don't think this is going to even out with time and I think you will need to either go up in size on the right or down in size on the left.  I know in my practice I sometimes don't hit a homerun despite doing my very best at the time of surgery.  If you were my patient I would want to get you to a result you are happy with.  My guess is that your surgeon feels the same way.  I would encourage you to have a honest and respectful conversation with him regarding your concerns.  It's really common for all of us to get our hackles up when a patient is unhappy with their result but part of being a good surgeon (and a good human) is to admit that sometimes we just didn't get it quite right.  Good luck to you and I hope that a few months from now, this will have been addressed and you (and your surgeon) are both satisfied.
